The renowned singer Anita Baker was performing in Houston, Texas, on Friday night (Dec. 15), when she instructed fans to refrain from recording her performance using their phones.
Baker requested security to escort some fans from the front row, although it is unclear whether this was due to the phones or for another reason.
In June, Baker’s tour generated attention after she removed Babyface as her opening act.
