Kesha has left Kemosabe Records after Variety reported that she had cut business ties with the producer’s label following their legal battle. She posted a TikTok video of herself enjoying a day at the beach, saying she hadn’t felt this free since she was 18.

“I haven’t felt this free since I was 18,” she wrote in white text over the clip, in which she sets up her camera before turning around and running toward the waves.

The pop star also shared a NSFW photo on Instagram of her exploring a canyon with the caption, “Coming back home to me.”

These posts came after Variety‘s report of Kesha’s split from Kemosabe and her departure from Vector Management. She released her last contractual album with the label, May’s Gag Order, seven months prior to the report, soon after settling her lawsuit with Dr. Luke.

Kesha has alleged that the producer drugged and raped her in 2005 when she was about 18 years old, a claim Dr. Luke has denied and for which he sued her for defamation, ultimately settling in June.

During the legal battle, Kesha continued to fulfill her contract with Kemosabe, releasing five albums and three EPs with the RCA Records imprint.
