Lizzo delighted her fans this week with her annual holiday-themed photo shoot ahead of Christmas. The pop star dressed up as The Grinch, wearing green body paint, a curly wig, furry hands, a white peppermint-printed dress with fur trimming, and starlight-mint purse and shoes. She playfully captioned the festive photos with “BINCHMAS.”
The clip included a creative twist on How the Grinch Stole Christmas, with Lizzo sharing a story about a crush on a Who and being inspired to steal Christmas gifts after facing racist remarks. She also mentioned that the Grinch costume was helping her cope with depression.
“This Grinch costume is the only thing saving me from depression rn,” she captioned a separate video that contained the finished product.”
This Lady Grinch costume is just one of Lizzo’s many holiday dress-ups. In previous years, she dressed as an NSFW candy cane and Mrs. Grinch in a Christmas-tree homage.
