Miley Cyrus has finally given “Flowers” its long awaited live debut, almost 10 months since it debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The 30-year-old gave an intimate, invite-only performance at Los Angeles’ famed Chateau Marmont hotel on Tuesday night.

She also teased a brand-new song as She took the stage dressed in a fitted black gown and engaging with the audience. Song lyrics rendered to the audiences were — “Match the roses that you left… now they’re dead!” and “Then remembered I… I don’t know how you guys can sing along while recording!”

Cyrus also performed a new song. While the track does not yet have a title, she passionately sings, “Don’t know if it’s ever gonna stop/ I wouldn’t mind if it don’t/ Don’t leave me high/ Don’t let me down/ ‘Cause I want you more.”

She followed up her comments with a message posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, on May 24, telling her fans she admires them despite not hitting the road.

“Even if I don’t see them face to face every night at a concert, my fans are felt deeply in my heart,” she wrote. “This has nothing to do with a lack of appreciation for the fans & everything to do with I simply don’t want to get ready in a locker room, which is the reality of life on the road.”
